1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a cdd44 account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any service or feature available on the cdd44 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, guidelines, or policies published on cdd44 at any time. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and cdd44.

cdd44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice to players. 2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the cdd44 platform. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. cdd44 takes its age verification obligations seriously and will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage access to its services. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

cdd44 reserves the right to request official identity documentation — including a valid national identity card, passport, or driver's licence — to verify your age at any point during your account lifecycle. If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of age, cdd44 will suspend or permanently close your account and withhold any funds held within it until the verification process is completed satisfactorily.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for verifying that online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction before registering a cdd44 account. cdd44 makes no representation or warranty that the services available on the platform are lawful in your particular location. Accessing cdd44 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is your sole responsibility and cdd44 accepts no liability in connection therewith.

2.3 Registration Requirements

3. Account Obligations

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You are obligated to ensure that all information held on your cdd44 account is accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false information, failing to update changed information, or impersonating another person are all breaches of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account closure.

3.2 Password Security and Account Confidentiality

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active cdd44 account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under different names, email addresses, or phone numbers by the same individual — are a violation of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, cdd44 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the individual, void all bonuses and winnings generated across those accounts, and retain any balance pending investigation into potential fraud or bonus abuse.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

cdd44 currently supports the following BDT payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of individual payment methods may change over time. cdd44 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific payment method and reserves the right to add or remove payment options at its discretion.

All transactions on cdd44 are denominated and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). cdd44 does not apply hidden currency conversion fees. The ৳ symbol and BDT abbreviation are used interchangeably throughout the platform to refer to the Bangladeshi Taka.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount on cdd44 is ৳200. There is no platform-level maximum deposit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your cdd44 balance in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact cdd44 support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by cdd44 promptly following successful completion of any applicable KYC verification. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. cdd44 does not transfer player funds to third-party accounts or payment methods that differ from those associated with the player's verified identity.

cdd44 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers internal risk controls, including unusually large withdrawal amounts, accounts with incomplete KYC, or accounts flagged for suspicious activity. In such cases, the processing timeline may be extended until the review is concluded.

4.4 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or payment provider in connection with a cdd44 deposit is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where a player initiates a chargeback, cdd44 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, reverse any associated winnings, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through available legal channels. Players with unresolved chargebacks will not be permitted to open new cdd44 accounts.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Eligibility and Availability

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds credited to a cdd44 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement for each promotion is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times). 5.3 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is detected, cdd44 reserves the right to void the bonus and all associated winnings, and to permanently close the accounts involved.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault on the cdd44 platform, cdd44 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. Winnings generated as a result of a technical malfunction or error are not valid and will not be honoured. cdd44 is not liable for any losses, direct or indirect, arising from platform technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cdd44 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using cdd44 for any fraudulent purpose, including using stolen payment credentials, facilitating money laundering, or conducting transactions on behalf of third parties.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage at any game, including sharing cards or game information in live dealer environments.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that automates betting decisions or gameplay on cdd44.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by cdd44

cdd44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7; or at the sole discretion of cdd44's risk and compliance team where continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your cdd44 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, cdd44 will process any remaining balance (subject to KYC requirements) and close the account. Accounts closed voluntarily remain subject to these Terms & Conditions with respect to any activity that occurred prior to closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay and result in immediate suspension of access to the cdd44 platform. 8.4 Consequences of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by cdd44 or by the player — all bonus balances, free spins, and promotional entitlements are forfeited immediately and will not be restored. Real-money balances remaining in a closed account will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations or pending investigations.

8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cdd44's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the use of the platform, or any dispute arising therefrom, is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. cdd44 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.
